Warranty

OMI-Performance product warranty:

  • All OMI-performance products are covered by a 30-day manufacturer defect warranty from date of purchase. All warranties are included with your order when parts are properly installed and used under normal conditions. Parts used in racing or competitions are covered with Manufacturers defect warranty only. This does not under any circumstance cover wear or breakage caused by racing use.
  • OMI-performance recommends our customers to have parts installed by a certified professional.
  • OMI-performance reserves the right to void warranty if there is evidence of misuse, damage, or improper installation.
  • All items covered by warranty will require the customer or dealership to ship the item back to OMI-Performance for warranty inspection and/or repair. If the item needs to be replaced with an equivalent part, OMI-performance will notify the customer. OMI-performance will then ship the item back to the customer free of charge. Customer may ship the item(s) however he/she prefers (i.e. overnight, two-day air, etc.) __ OMI will ship back to the customer by ground shipping ONLY in Europe.
  • If item is shipped to the customer and parts do not fit due to miscalculations, the customer must take a digital picture or photograph and send them to OMI-performance technical support service. OMI-performance will work with the customer to solve the problem. The customer agrees to cooperate with OMI-performance in any way to solve the problem.
  • OMI-performance cannot and will not issue a refund or return due to fitment problems but will remedy the issue by giving technical advice or other assistance. If the customer does not want the product, the customer must return the product to the vendor and must comply with vendor's return policy. Returns cannot be made on used, damaged, or installed items.
  • OMI-performance is NOT RESPONSIBLE if the customer does not have an OEM replacement part to replace the warranted OMI-performance product.
  • OMI-performance is NOT responsible for the customer vehicles "down time". It is the customer's responsibility to provide an OEM replacement part while the OMI-performance product is being serviced.
